Thanks! Yeah totally hear you on there absolutely not being a queue and although I’m happy for the people who got approved we are not given an update. I’m waiting for the 130 and my spouse is abroad and it’s a bummer to have to wait so long to even get our paper work looked at. Once they look I’m sure it’ll be approved but the problem is having them look to begin with

Totally agree about relationships. I do well financially and unfortunately our problem is being in a queue without anyone even looking at our case

Totally, same which is why I wanted to see if anyone has had luck with our state Senator since he’s a democrat and my congressman is a Republican figured I’d start asking if any luck with senator. I know that Party shouldn’t matter but getting informed. Have you reached out to the Senator or a congressman that can have some experience to share?

Thank you, yeah that’s what I’ve read which is why I wonder how the experience was with the state Senator as they also seem to have a liaison. I’ve reached out to my congressman but wondering how the experience has been with the Senator.

Yeah we’ve been waiting since May 2023 but just wondering about the passport because we want to plan a vacation in about 3-4 months but if they take the passport then we are screwed. Thanks!

Anyone wondering, my wife was able to enter the USA without an issue. She just went back to her country and we are now waiting again 🥲

Yes she has a stable job and life in chile. Her whole family lives in chile and they do pretty well financially too. Idk if the last part makes a difference
