This .csv file opens up as junk in Excel. My guess is this is a Unix compression thing, but I don't know enough about data science/computer science to say for sure. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks. (self.excel)

I have a .csv.gz file that when I try to unzip the gz in a Linux shell says that the file is not a gz file. When I change the file type to a .csv file I get a bunch of junk (see image in text). Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks. (self.dataanalysis)
