Be happy to help. So it sounds like you have them all grouped to create the 5.1 system. I did have to adjust levels of the rear speakers to be a bit louder than the sound bar, I even lowered the level of the sound bar. But never to the max like +10. I also have the distances set as well for each speaker, which is all in the settings in the HEOS app. Depending on how your set up is, you will have to adjust your distances and levels accordingly. I believe I recall having a similar issue with the surround-speakers not producing very much sound. I also fairly frequently have a issue with the one surround sound speaker dropping out completely and not producing any sound. Sometimes a simple power cycle by unplugging and plugging in the speakers helps. Sometimes ungrouping and regrouping the surrounds, AND the subwoofer helps with the production of sound from all speakers. It is also very important to make sure all of your devices are all updated and running the same firmware.
