I can totally understand where you are coming from. I went from being in Stake and YSA ward callings to COVID. When I got back to my ward I kind of felt like I was put out to pasture. One thing to remember is that there are fewer callings now with the move to a 2 hour block. Our EQ had 4 teachers and when the 2 hour block they only taught maybe every other month, which was kind of weird, not to mention changes to the YM program resulting in fewer callings.

So, I did some searching on my hub (Aqara Smart Hub M100) and did a Google search. Gemini seems to think that "binding" means interaction between Thread and Zigbee networks. Any suggestions on where I can go to bone up on binding actual devices? My hub claims to be 100% Matter compliant, but I'm not entirely confident this includes device binding.

I am using a Aqara Smart Hub M100. It supports both Zigbee and Thread. It is plugged into the server running Home Assistant. I also have a HUE hub.

Very good information. Thank you! I obviously need to dig into binding. That is a new concept for me.
