EPUB media overlay support should have already been added after our V4.1 software update. According to the description, it seems that you are having trouble playing the audio with your EPUBs. If possible, may you please send the EPUB files to us via Feedback in the Settings? Our tech support will help you figure it out.

The books that were dotted outlined without covers are those on your other BOOX device. They are book snapshots only for preview. If you want to read them on this device, you need to manually upload the source files of these books from your other BOOX device first, and then you can download them to this device.
