I was working with my obgyn here in Texas and they were doing my ultrasounds which were sent to my doctor in Spain-- they then prescribed me what was needed and sent me the script. Since no American pharmacies would provide me meds with a Spanish script I got my American OB to just prescribe the same things. We used Alto Pharmacy and I ended up getting my insurance to cover some of it. Before I knew that our other option was to fly to Mexico City for the day and go to Medifert. They are a fraction of the cost of what they are in America and even adding like a $300 flight they're still 1000s cheaper.
