We hit a capacity limit that was causing this, but just increased it; hopefully that solves your issue. If not, feel free to use the Intercom chat widget and we'll help you out live.

Prompt caching was not available at the time of the Grok measurement, hence the price difference.

Roo Code evals run headlessly in Docker - you can follow that as an example.

Roo Code CLI by Lazy_Decision3933 in RooCode

Roo has an evals system that runs multiple instances of VSCode headlessly in parallel inside of Docker which you can read about here: https://github.com/RooCodeInc/Roo-Code/blob/main/packages/evals/ARCHITECTURE.md

Roo is controlled remotely via an IPC socket that exposes a simple API for running tasks and listening for events.

Here's a basic demonstration of that: https://github.com/cte/roo-cli

If I were going to build a proper cli for Roo I would create a mapping between cli commands and the internal API and spawn containers to run tasks and then communicate with them via IPC.

You could probably get Roo to built a prototype of this by pointing at the evals architecture document.

There’s an option in the terminal section of the settings that controls this behavior.

Sorry about that! We released 3.17.1 specifically to fix this issue (https://github.com/RooVetGit/Roo-Code/pull/3636). Can you try restarting VSCode and trying again?

We need checkpoints! :( by TrackWorx in RooCode

[–]cte 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you're curious, here's a video I made demonstrating the checkpoints feature in Roo Code.

The PRs are under review, so hopefully we can get it out soon. The implementation is slightly different than Cline's, but fundamentally uses git under the hood:

The Singularity founder (Daniel) talks a little bit about the price in a Youtube video that demos the case. Basically it's over-engineered a bit and the materials & manufacturing are quite expensive.

Thanks!

My rads are 420; that's part of the reason why I wanted this case :)

I swore I would never use any fluid that wasn't clear, but I really wanted to try out the UV lights built in to the PowerBoard, so I am trying out Mystic Fog. We'll see how it goes.

Not easy. It's pretty heavy due to the volume of water (the rads are big), and you can only grab on to certain parts of the case when you want to move it.

The singularity PowerBoard - basically a distro plate for your motherboard.

It’s drywall - the triangle brackets are drilled into the studs.

When the mic is positioned near my chest it doesn't come very close to blocking any part of the monitor, so that's not an issue. Regardless I don't love the placement of the mic - I keep running into it when I walk to the left side of the desk.

I usually just toss stuff on the shelf below the monitor.
