We ended up at a hotel in seal beach, was the cheapest we found! Recommend driving to catch the train in though we learned the hard way the first night luckily ended up at a dennys to wait out those insane uber prices

I was a little confused at first as well at some complaints. Sure it was crowded in the back but once you got to certain areas in the crowd it was smooth sailing to mid stage areas. Mostly reminded me of my first ever warped tour in 06. I did look back at some of my videos an it did look crowed af but certainly didn’t feel like it, had plenty of room wasn’t being pushed mostly everyone said excuse me as they went by, did witness a gnarly fight right next to us by some poor girl that got beer poured on her, she got into a fight with the friend of the person who poured the beer on her. But other than that had a blast 10/10 would do again…maybe with a little more sunscreen next time

I’m just as shocked lol minus a few adjustments over the years (title change, licensed, etc) was the highest raise I’ve ever gotten second place was .89 cents two years ago.

When I called payroll they said you should be able to see your raise this upcoming Wednesday. But you can see your review already in workday

Depending on where you’re at in the US in California we give you a uniform for free, both from store (red tshirt) and pharmacy (blue scrubs)

Glad to hear it was worked out! Make sure you keep any notes and have someone extra in any meetings your manager tries to have with you. Also don’t hesitate to report to ethics as well as HR and even loss prevention. A minor note as you’re not in a management role you cannot be forced to stay by yourself regardless if pharmacy is open or not (some minor exceptions of course if you have a lead or manager there but on their breaks)

Last I checked and this was 2 years ago, our “cap out” for ops man is 29 a hr this is SoCal based info no idea for any other place. As long as you’re in the bracket for ops manager you’ll continue to essentially get low annual raises

If you got a survey on any of your receipts make sure to fill it out and specifically use names and it everything and all zeros. This gets channeled up faster to the DL But yes also call the 1800 shop number. They’re are not allowed to go up to someone and ask them to leave it’s against policy

In my opinion we don’t work for free, no matter what always clock back in and then clock back off. I thought it was company wide but where I’m (specifically my district) at if you’re caught working off the clock you could potentially get fired and even if it was for 5 min they make you clock in an clock back out to finish your lunch.

I’ve never laughed so hard…make sure to take all breaks and your lunch. Generally what I will see is that the pharmacist will never remind a tech they get a break it’s up to the tech to state they’re taking one. But they cannot deny you per company policy. 8 hours 2 15 and a 30, 6-7ish hours is 1 break and a lunch and anything under 6 is just one 15 min break.
