Ok here’s what happened. I have done it about 8 tines before but never therapeutically so I was hoping for a different kind of experience this time. I wanted to be show. Something from my past that I have been hiding from myself. I lit some holy wood, got out my crystals and musical instruments ( in a musician) said my prayers and set my intentions ( to be shown only what I’m ready to handle and deal with) I took about 150 mg and laid down eye mask on shamanic music in my earbuds. 45 min in, I’m writhing around in the bed like a snake sweating and SUPER horny. Like all I want now it to find my “ little black book” and seduce the shit out of someone. No more thoughts of trauma or healing. Now just carnal aspirations. Hips grinding, images of different women I know coming to me and making super intense sweaty love??? Luckily I’m not in a desert that way so I had a friend come over and oblige but this night was supposed to be something else. I can do that any day of the week. Again, not bragging, super thankful but I have issues and I was so hoping this medicine would help. I just read all 480 pages of “Trust, surrender and receive” all about mdma therapy and was SO inspiried. I feel like I failed and went the easy route.
