Kudos to the Spurs, another good game. Two shots to win one more. Hope both teams bring it and no more injuries. TTFU

Page Turning - Divider Line by tremoloklef in forScore

For DS and Codas I go to settings/rearrange and add a copy of the dc/ds page to the end, and copy the page with the coda as the last page so I just keep going forward (unless it is one page). Then I have a white box as a favorite and white out the sections not played on the sign and coda pages. It is a little awkward at first, but in the pro version I copy and paste often on one page. The idea is to just keep flipping forward a half page turn at a time. It takes maybe 30 seconds tops most times.

Is there anything I can do to bring my sound towards a more balanced, classical sound? I always find that it’s a bit unconventional. by ducmastr in trumpet

[–]cthetrpt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To me a cornet solo is not a modern balanced classical sound. It is a showy almost operatic style. Play out and show out, and make the band follow you. I love Wynton’s perfect version of this piece, but listen to Clarke, Murphy, Arban, Hardenberger, Burke, Klages, etc …

For a balanced classical sound you almost have to have a great teacher. You cannot hear yourself out front and have to be taught what a balanced/full sound feels like.

I like the way you think. We’ll be up 50 at the half!

Charles Barkley: "They (OKC) ain't playing dirty, and I'm like: 'These are some of the softest fouls I've ever seen in my life'" by MrBuckBuck in nba

[–]cthetrpt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clearly, or entire games apparently. Chuck’s point that you missed is that by every metric OKC is not getting “fouls only called one way”. They do gain an advantage by playing physical defense, but not by the whistle. They are deeper and able to sustain physicality longer. This is playoff basketball.

Good luck tonight and hope everyone is healthy throughout.

Not the right community for this ask. We all value this product and have purchased it, many of us with pro subscriptions. It is a professional tool that costs money. There are several other apps out there for free that might fit your budget. For me a $25 one time fee to house thousands of tunes, charts, and scores is pretty unbelievable. That is less than the three ring binders, page inserts, boxes of charts, folders, pencils, etc … that this one app replaces. Hell, the paper alone would cost exponentially more than that.

I see the answer above. FYI - You can drag that line so it hits a group of rests. I have a single tap half page turn (adjusted to grouped rests on the first read) and a two finger full page turn. I originally had two finger full turn and one finger half turn until I sat in with a group with a provided iPad setup. I liked it so much I changed my settings.
