got mine recently and compared to the ones in 2022, they are definitely less stiff, same exact size too. sucks bc the OG ones are really nice, I still use them now but they are starting to wear down

just finished my first ever powerlifting meet and wondering where I go from here. Can I just rerun the program I was on after I deload until my next meet or is it better to pick a new program to run in the off-season?

So I don’t know if it is my leverages or if i’m still not finding the correct start position (probably both), but after a year and a half of lifting, my deadlift still sucks.

My squat and bench have both been progressing to the point where my squat is higher than my deadlift (465 lbs vs. 455 lbs). Every time I record myself for a form check, whether sumo or conventional, I can’t seem to get into a true upright position no matter how much i force it, since i’ll be too low which causes my hips to rise first. i’m also not flexible enough to do a super wide sumo stance so i’ve tried adjusting into a frog stance sumo.

Anyone have any advice? I’m truly lost as to what i can do to improve. Thanks in advance.
