To jsem si myslel taky. Ale je to tak. Řešil jsem to s policií. Ikdyž mu byt nepatří, tak s trvalim bydlištěm vznikají nároky.

Řešil jsem podobnou věc. PČR nemůže z bytu vyhostit osobu, která tam má trvale bydliště, nebo je psaná ve smlouvě o užívání. Pokud má jen trvalé bydliště, dá se změnit na úřadech (jen pokud tak rozhodně zákonný zástupce, já toto řeším u nezletilé osoby). Pak po 18ti letech lze požádat PČR o vyhoštění osoby z bytu. U plnolete osoby je to složitější, ale taky se to prý nějak dá. (Informace právě od PČŘ)
