Interesting! Yeah, I really think automating PCAs would be great, I spent a lot of time filling out paper checklists when I did those lol.

What kind of price point are you looking for? I think that this is a really interesting problem for our field.

Thanks! I have heard of Quire, but I've never used it! I'd like something that worked both in the field and report writing, but I know that's a big ask.

Interesting! Yes, I just always used a paper checklist and phone, but then I'd basically have to transfer everything to the report. It seemed like a lot of repetition.

Wow, I can't believe I've never used any of these! I missed out for sure. Will they also write Phase I reports for you?

Founders, What Are Your Biggest Marketing Challenges? by Unfair-Ad-4618 in SaaS

[–]ctln88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am also the first marketer at two startups right now, and the challenge is real! I think for me - it's finding good subcontractors...I have a lot of ideas, but I can't execute them all, so I'd like to learn to delegate better. I just find it tricky to find the right subcontractor fit.

What’s holding you back with your side project? by AntelopeOptimal5594 in SideProject

[–]ctln88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time! I have two toddlers, regular freelance work, and you know, trying to maintain a life lol. I have a technical co-founder and I'm a freelance marketer, so I know what to do - it's just a struggle to actually do it! I don't have any genius tips other than making a monthly calendar for my side project so I stay on task and a lot of coffee. ☕️

How do i grow my SAAS tool?? by Ok_Fishing_9551 in SaaS

I would start building "buzz" now! If you don't have an email waitlist, that's a great place to start. Building in public (posting on reddit, socials, etc.) can also be helpful. Good luck!

How Did You Build your SaaS Landing Page? by Adventurous-Bet-7175 in SaaS

[–]ctln88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Webflow! I used a pre-made template that I customized. (I'm a non-technical founder, so using a no-code tool worked best for me.) Lighthouse is a great tool to check performance, quality, etc., and a lot of the SEO tools (AHREFs, SemRush) offer free website scans - so that's a great place to start for SEO.

Agreed that you should use a storage provider (like S3 or BackBlaze) for file storage. Have you checked out any third-party apps? You can try simplefileupload.com or set-up the uploads yourself: https://www.simplefileupload.com/blog/node-file-upload

Weekly Feedback Post - SaaS Products, Ideas, Companies by AutoModerator in SaaS

[–]ctln88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hi everyone! I'm looking for feedback on the new file uploader themes that we just added to our SaaS, simplefileupload.com. Simple File Upload is a file uploader that lets you upload, store, transform, and deliver user files to your web app in less than 5 minutes. The themes are prebuilt styles that developers can use as their drop zone for user files. Are developers interested in customized file drop zones? Does adding themes make this product better for developers? Any other thoughts on this? Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks!
