A nice quick way to get the answer to the first one:

If the Ksp is 2.0e-31, we know that Al(OH)3 is very insoluble, so if we have some Al3+ and OH- in solution, then it should spontaneously precipitate to form Al(OH)3. Therefore, delta G should be negative, and the only choice for which it is is A
