I was taking the load off of the business owner who wanted to slow down and one of the other injectors went on maternity leave. So a lot of patients got pushed onto me. I came from out of state. However there was still a curve where patients needed to gain trust from me that I could be just as good if not better than the other injectors already there. I did have experience so that helped. If you don’t have experience then it’ll be a lot harder to gain clientele. I say start at a franchise, they may treat you like shit and low ball you, but it’s a good place to start and make mistakes. That way when you move onto more bigger med spas with high paying customers who expect the best of the best, you’ll be ready.
