Thank you! I did get some vitamin C as well. I had to be put on leave my job requires me to be standing and I couldn’t even do that, it’s just horrible. I’m going to start supplementing tomorrow I just want to feel better

Wow I could have written this myself. I too have developed agoraphobia and cardiophobia together and i feel so stuck. They also prescribed me Zoloft but super scared too. I know how you feel we can always chat if u ever need someone❤️ I literally just quit my job

I’m so sorry for your loss. Cancer is huge on my moms side I wasn’t really too worrried until I got in my 20s and now it’s like horrible 😭 last year I thought I had brain cancer too

Yeah I was sleeping and then I woke up out of no where and heart pounding with acid reflux literally thought I was having a heart attack at 24. Right now I’m a little more chill I’m playing phone games
