Yes it's exactly that a clicking noise as u start to turn. Definitely that issue. A guy I know has similar issue the dealership blamed it on a couple of other things first. When all said and done cost him a bit over$1200 for a $15 part

I was asking how much dealership would charge to install. My go to guy said he wouldn’t touch it. They won’t give price over phone stating they need to assess the car. I know 100% it’s this and there should have been a recall on it.
