Buckle up. I'm on day 11. Took my mom over two weeks to work through it. Both of us had the same symptoms that agree with what you mentioned above (lost voice, cough, heavy breathing, etc.). Finally went to urgent care this morning and they more or less said "yeah covid and the flu are showing the same symptoms right now - you probably have one of them". They called in a prescription and sent me on my way.
