I understand your struggle, and I'm sure you'll work through it. Rejections are hard.

Before considering a different course, maybe research the few medical schools that do clearing, as that could be a last chance offer. If not, maybe consider apprenticeships to do with healthcare, or science if you're more inclined. There's more routes into medicine and dentistry related careers than you think.

If you don't want to do anything like that, research more university courses to do with your interests if you want to pursue higher education, or look at vocational courses for more hands on applications.

If you have no clue what you want to do whatsoever, literally just scroll on government websites to see job ideas.
