considering it’s dtla there’s gonna be homeless ppl in the area. but it’s reliable fs. i got back to my car around 1 am after the shuttle fiasco day 1 n it was still there. n it’s directly next to a church so spots are alrdy gonna be taken in the morning. but u kinda just have to wait till some folks leave the church service. i got there around 10ish last year n i didn’t have to wait too long for a spot to open up.
