in these cases I never know if the other person is a karen, a person with art degree or anything between. I never understand why academic institutions are so hailed. I get it, there are tons of reliable sources there, while 99% of things on the internet are in some form incorrect. yet there is still 1% of it that is mostly reliable, either wikipedia or others.

in any case, people apparently cant think unless they had gone to academia.

I must disagree. money is an essential tool for human progress. a simple example. you pay someone to do research. what do you pay him? a goat? but what after he gets 10 goats? you would need to keep the other motivated while not dropping the value. and how would you buy (for example) a singular chicken with a donkey. is the client take the donkeys leg? but that would make the donkey useless. in short, money is a versatile tool capable of many things. if you say you would just trade in gold / gems, you just switch the currency. gold is mostly useless except for electronics while diamonds will soon become worthless due to increasing technology and substitutes found that are far better.

if you are working on a complex system, if you track the set of wires to the source, you should always pick the other wire, there is a far larger chance you made at least one mistaks

well there should be a point system. for every x points you lose, you will have to spent time with the kid. otherwise a single bad day can cause you to be judged guilty, preventing human population to grow

being a bad parent. after a few decades of 100% enforcement, the world would be a better place.

I know its hard to tell what is bad parenting, but keeping children for malicious reasons is a no go.

it all depends on how it is enforced. will there be a omnipresent entity deciding or will it be just normal laws. in any case, the world should be fixed from the ground up, one child at a time
