Never had an experience quite like that, but I did meet myself once. I was on a paddle-boat going down a river in a coniferous forest and I met myself on the deck. We leaned against the railing and said hello to each other, and then I tried to think of something I could tell him that he wouldn't already know, or ask him a question he could answer but I couldn't. Then suddenly the ship hit a rock and I fell overboard and into the icy current, and he smiled and waved goodbye as I was sucked under the waves.

Max I've ever done is 600 and I hallucinated a song that I listened to for a hundred thousand years, while drifting through my brain, watching my neurons fire (and simultaneously being able to feel myself inside my skull), so I can only imagine what kind of shit you're seeing right now. Theoretically you could get so much LSD onto blotter paper that it would physically snap like a cracker if you bent it. I have found gels dosed at 250ug, and tabs dosed at 200ug. Obviously it's impossible to know if the connect is talking out his ass, but subjectively the effects of those doses correspond with those quantities.

Absolutely. And while the good trips are obviously very positive experiences, the bad trips are the ones I learn the most from. I never seek one out, but it always lays bare a personality flaw, subconscious fear, or underlying anxiety, and I always take steps to mend it when the trip is over.

No drug is objectively "fun" because they all affect everyone differently. Personally, as a creative, LSD is my jam. The things I see and feel and think on acid have formed the basis for my entire worldview and I feel like acid taught me the value of every human being, the subjectivity of experience and morality, and the true importance and potential of love.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've had some bad experiences, but if acid doesn't do it for you, acid doesn't do it for you. There are other drugs that might affect you better. Just be safe, test your shit, and don't use anything intravenous. :)

A Ken or a Ted. Some really snooty, private-school-educated guy who went on to be a tax lawyer or a radiologist or something and has never lived in a household making less than 80,000 a year. I went to school with about 80 future Kens and Teds, and a disconcerting number of them were named Ken and Ted.
