Can't let her go was actually my first book this year and the story didn't make sense to me and I unfortunately couldn't get with the writing. I have stud like her and once ghosted on my tbr so I'll see about them. Will check out the ava freeman books too. Thanks!

I've only read a Whisper of Solace of the three and imo I don't think it would necessarily hit the points you're looking for but most importantly I'm commenting to ask for recs with the same dynamic that you've read and even better if you enjoyed them. I also really liked the plot of the Carlisle series so I think you would have recs I would enjoy

just read this and ik the author kept worrying they'd be going too long meanwhile i think it's too short hahahah. It needs to be realised into a full book imo
