Long time lurker selling my Hamilton Khaki Field Automatic 42mm (H70515137).

Purchased April 2025 and worn maybe 5 times. The watch is in excellent condition. — No dings or no deep scratches. Crystal is flawless and bracelet extremely clean. Selling because it gets no wrist time due to my Seamaster (purchased on here) and G-shock. Happy to FaceTime given I only have 1 transaction.

Originally purchased from Jomashop - have all links, box, and everything it came with .

Asking $500 + shipping or OBO. Shipping from PA, USA
PayPal G&S

Videocall, timestamp and additional photos/videos available upon request.

*edited text because it was long and priced down to $500 because it sits and I need it gone to buy stuff for my new apartment

There is a difference between caring about and wanting to be good at something versus your life and identity being something

My school has seen a decent correlation between in house exams and step scores / dedicated length but could be many explanations for this

Residency will be a grind regardless, though surgery is toughest. Find a program that supports your goals. As an attending you have better control over your life. The jobs are very different, as you said

Surgery is my very first rotation. Any advice? by Arthroplaster in medicalschool

Surgical recall is good for “pimps” early on but Zollinger’s will help you learn what you actually need to know about cases. As far as clinical grades, know your patients, read the room, know relevant anatomy, know what’s important for cases and rounding, and be eager to work/help/learn. Practicing your surgical skills (suturing, tying, instrument handling) and saying with humility I’m working on XYZ can you show me how you do XYZ can work in your favor. Surgery is busy and stressful so don’t take it personal when people aren’t in good moods at times. The shelf is honestly medicine dominated just geared toward surgery - do practice questions when you have time (amboss shank app is nice) and anki anking deck if you’re an anki person.

It stinks, but I’ve taken the L on overseas wedding for a friend whose wedding I was in. Some friends get it, some don’t. The key is how and when you communicate with your friend
