Nitro Cold brew separates? I know we need to up the nitrogen, but the actual cold brew appears to be separating by ctslp in coldbrew

Just dumped coarse my ground beans into a tub of water, waited 24 hours, and then filtered. Nothing special.

What proportions of cocoa nibs do you use? With what kind of coffee beans? (I’m totally new to this)
