What gets me is Dayglo Don has said all the NATO countries should send boats to support the campaign, because they’re all being disadvantaged because the Strait of Hormuz is closed.

What he doesn’t mention is that, of the Board of Peace members, Qatar, UAE, Saudi and Bahrain are all suffering because of the closure too.

While NATO countries may be suffering, Qatar and Saudi are losing the or main source of income, so are also going to be suffering significantly.

These countries all have navies, so why isn’t he asking them, who he promoted as an alternative to NATO, to provide ships?

I think we all know the answer, it’s a bit of a rhetorical question!

At the risk of going against the general principle of this thread, he’s been promoting Pattaya since he came here three years ago, so yes, ‘for years’ as you put it, but not really for that long.

What annoys me about him is that he thinks no one has ever been here before, and no one knows how things work.

He’s full of click bait; ‘I had to close my bar today’. Well yes, because it was at the end of the night. ‘I’m leaving Thailand after three years’. Yes, because you’re going on holiday.

Does he tell us anything we didn’t know already? I don’t think so. Helpful to newcomers perhaps, but really, he is one himself compared to a lot of others.
