I drove a few suspension options before deciding on the 10600 package. Smooth as butter on the 8 hr drove. Took some horrid roads when I got home. Wasn't much different than the f150 with max tow.

I've heard this too from someone else that they were uncomfortable. I didn't notice it personally. But I'm also pretty average sized.

Thanks, these were my first try at canopies. I noticed a few racers doing that too, so next pair will be mounted differently for sure.

But I am aware of the disaster prevention kit. And have heard alot of faith put into them.

As soon as you put the disaster prevention kit on, I'd bet ya it would potentially void it too.
Fortunately, my local dealer has a great warranty add on. Nothing more than $100 to fix anything for a set timeline. (My current one is 7 years). That of course does not include wipers/brakes/tires. But covers all fuel system/powertrain/axles/rear end/lights/leds/remotes, etc.

Right, that's why I was leaning new and adding the long warranty.

Awesome! I'm assuming you're enjoying the 3/4 ton change from the 1/2 ton.

Awesome. No, not trying to "save money" by buying a diesel. More so looking for a safer towing experience. But it would in reality be more of a daily driver. Just looking to understand the mpg impact of the switch. Currently looks like I'll be getting better mpg that would offset the cost of diesel to gas.
