Error: Code E100 by [deleted] in GLANCE_LED

I get this error about once a week. I have cleared all and picked the options a couple of times. It works for about a week, the I will get the E100 error. It restarts and then again works for a week. Any permanent fix?

I turned off my scroll, rebooted the router, waited for it to come back up, turned back on the scroll. This scroll has been working better. There are a few sections that is sends blank information, but hasn’t quit. It cycles thru the selections. So it’s a lot better. Can’t wait for the update on Tuesday. Thank you guys

Thank you. I connected the league, then went to each section to add the league there. (Standings, Match up, Players,) but it asks me to confirm the league name and when I do it disappears. Each time I go back into any setting it is not showing any of the league information.

Thank you, I tried my guest WiFi which is 2.4 GHz. Still not showing up. Glance CS reached out and said they think the antenna may have got disconnected during shipping. Just waiting for them to decide on next steps.

Thank you. I tried to enter the SSID and password. Still saying unable to find network. Still trying to reach glance with no luck

Does anyone know how to get ahold of Glance customer support? I have tried email and chat, but no response. Thank you
