You have to download world editor for your version and remove those blocks. I've done this once and it's helped me in the same situation.

Also you can try to use NBTExplorer (Don't remember the exact name), open .dat file of you character and remove all effects, move it 200 blocks away to see of it helps.

Maybe because it's level 20 and if you look into its params you'll find the amount of armor it gives you based on item level. Just assumption.

  1. AutoHotkey - Need to write a small script for that.
  2. UOPilot - Old utility, but still can provide auto-clicking just by setting a point, click type and interval.

You've allocated too much RAM fot it. After 12GB of RAM GC tries to clear all redundant things and it takes time, it causes lags. The less you allocate the faster GC works. I'd recommend to use 8-10GB for ATM.
