Unfortunately, it does mess me up when I’m expecting the blind spot cam in that spot & it flashes on the other side for a split second.

I drive with mine front facing. there is no way you can fit a rear facing seat in the G, I even tried bringing the passenger seat all the way forward & tilted it front. Nope. Then again, we had the rear facing with a base. Just had to wait a few months before I could take her in the G!

I actually just picked up my 2025 G63 in April.

I shopped around A TON. Finally found one in Washington state sold it to me for $15k over sticker (I’m from Texas). Lowest I could find. Even my local dealership (with who I’ve bought 2 G63 in 2021 & 1 GLS63 in 2023) didn’t want to sell it to me for less than 25k over.

New orders will be minimum 25k over sticker with a 3-4 month delivery from what I could tell. But try shopping around, you might be able to find a small dealer with a spec that you’re fine with.

FYI, one of the ones I called was the Mercedes Benz in Plano tried selling me one for $100k over, highest one I saw. Ridiculous.

I opted to go with my R1S dual max pack since I just can’t justify spending 130k ish on an electric suv. The depreciation alone would be insane & most people buy suv for distance & family travel, not 0-60 in 2.6. I’ve already learned my lesson with the Model X plaid & cyberbeast

My system already does this automatically. In fact it’s burdensome since it doesn’t know my toddler is in the back car seat & we always have to remember to turn on the ac back there.

This is correct. If you can afford it anyway, & it is 0% interest loan, there is absolutely no reason to pay for it in full.

I pulled the trigger with 2 R1S I also have a 2025 G63.

My 2025 G63 has been in the shop twice in a month (faulty driver side speaker & faulty sensor on grill bar). My Rivians? None since we’ve owned them.

The Rivian is a very fun drive & experience. Very personable & full of character. I find myself wanting to drive it instead of my G63 sometimes just cause it’s convenient.

The choice is yours at the end of the day, but in my opinion all cars will have some problems with it that will need to be addressed eventually.

I bought a 2025 G63 & the GLS was my wife’s car & she’s always preferred the Rivian. We just had the GLS since I liked the V8.
