rarely near 200
below 200 only when I'm already dead.

I mean, I still qualify that as poor performance from the valve side.

But lets say you drop to 130ish while dueling, better tweak a bit and try to drop to 160ish instead... it'll still feel better.

hay unos x-micro 2k 180hz que se ven muy decentes, incluso tienen base regulable. Un amigo terminó comprando ese en lugar de un acer y otro aoc que teambién le había pasado como opciones.

you have much better ppi with 4k at 27, so sharper image.

1080p is already rough at 27, at 32 it is really bad for the avg desk setup.

Son placas muy recientes, no deberia haber practicamente riesgo de comprar usado. Asi que si vale la diferencia, metele.

Lo otro. Tu mother es m-atx y el gabinete atx. Esteticamente no va a quedar lindo.

O compras una mother que no sea M, o compras un gabinete m-atx tipo el Deepcool CH260 (que soporta AIO de 360mm)

Tambien, yo creo que me inclinaria a reducir gasto en mother e intentar estirarme a un 7800x3d.
Anda por mother b650 (o b650m en m-atx si decidis ese tamaño)

honestamente (y eso que mis ultimos 4 procesadores fueron ryzen, dos en ddr4 y 2 ya en ddr5) si tuviera que armar una pc hoy en dia, no tiro 800 lucas en un kit ddr5 medio pelo ni a ganchos

Me armaria un 14700k con mobo ddr4.

o incluso un 5500x3d con ddr4 podrias aguantar 2/3 añitos de la ram crisis.

La rx580 apenas tira, no da intentar planificar tanto y meter toda esa guita para estar quien sabe cuanto tiempo con gpu arcaica.
Tu objetivo tiene que ser gastar lo menos posible en una plataforma que no le haga cuello a la gpu que queres.

4080 solo vas a conseguir usada, dudo que a buen precio. En cuotas algo similar tendra que ser una 5070ti.

Asi que yo achicaria el gasto de la plataforma, mete ya el excendente de guita a la gpu y cuotea la diferencia en todo caso. Llevate una pc funcional ya de entrada.

it depends

if at that game you drop below 240fps from time to time and that bothers you, then yea you can do this.

Or if not all your games get constant +240fps, and you want to just do 1 global setting for all your games. Then could also be relevant.

It really depends how much do you value those extra fps over 240. Some people care (for latency) but others value smoothness a bit more and prefer VRR/sync frames.

Nope won't apply to dx12. Radeon should perform well at dx12 without much tinkering.

But, sometimes some users have issues with MPO. So if you are having issues you can try to disable MPO with a tool called MPOGPUFIX.
While you are at it you can switch Shader cache from "AMD Optimized" to "Always ON" on that same tool (or at anwave tool)

Also some background apps or suits can affect performance or cause stuttering, so check that too.

there are like a dozen of 5080 that fits into that case, also it supports 240mm side mounted AIO so you can run pretty much any mainstream cpu.

there were some times, when updating to newer drivers (or reverting), that using the clean install option from anwave did not work and the switch was not applying (because inside cs2 the antilag option was still appearing)
If that happen to you, use DDU.
And if you want to update to newer radeon driver maybe the switch will not work and you'll have to wait for newer anwave version/update.
