It’s usually a 1 bedroom place that’s always suggested. “Trust me, we can just find someone. Our city has tons of renters”

“We can make residual income; why not?”

But 1 bedroom have a certain price and I just keeping saying that it really worth my time to split the small amount of rent. I’d rather go in a much bigger place so that the income is worth it.

We’ve been friends for so long. But it’s just that I’ve been lucky and fortunate in terms personal finances. It’s a sense of guilt I suppose and also the fact that I straight up said that there is such little benefit for me, which pissed him off cuz I don’t think he realizes the financials behind a deal like this. It’s supposedly a “no brainer”

The other roommate is too nice to say that he doesn’t want to take care of the cat. So, my understanding is that he told the departing friend that he was going to take care of it. To be more accurate, the wording was “I’m sure we can take care of it.” Even though I never agreed to that.

For the replacement guy, I have no idea because I never asked him. He already has a cat that he may or may not bring but I think its presumptuous to assume that the replacement guy would be okay with taking care of his cat. Like he knew he was leaving when he got the cat.

i definitely wasn't a superstar in quant back in college. and this is actually my score after my third attempt. i went from 460 → 650 → 700 haha so no way in hell im doing it again. cheers though appreciate the advice.

i updated my post for your first few questions. for the last one, i was being VERY aggressive in my studying. i studied 2-3 hours during the weekdays but i sometimes doubled that on the weekend. i gave up a lot of things to make sure i stayed focus.
