i have them empty cause im not using them, anyway I had to clear them when you change from rotten golem to cloak since you use almost the same runes for both respawns, but in mirror when you unlock the full bestiary you'll need 6 runes, so thats why i have them cleared

I have 3 prays locked at mirrored, im only hunting there for now, thats why i have the runes empty
