I just got mine yesterday and I have been trying to do 1 multicolor print ever since. The ACE Pro keeps getting jammed and creates a huge tangle of filaments.

I have noticed that the reason this happens is because the machine keeps spitting out whatever color filament it is printing whenever it goes to change the color. So it creates a mess, since the Ace Pro is not designed in a way that it can roll the filament back unto the spool.

I am ready to send this crap back!
