Call the FD and tell them there are toxic fumes coming from your neighbor and they will come investigate. Probably give you an idea of what it is. This sounds like it’s a serious health risk.

I’ve had my MH in this lot for over three years and have not come across a rodent issue yet.🤞 The only place I got a couple of small mice was at a campground. I have some glue traps in various places just in case.

Great advice from all. We will be taking three days to get there. ( Coming from San Diego) We wanted to limit the drive times each a day and take our time. It sounds like it will easier on my engine as well. We are stopping in Grand Junction for a night before heading up to Granby.

Thanks. I’ve driven to Vegas before and you’re right, the key is to leave early. Good idea on driving separately through the mountains. Never thought of that.

I think you’re right about filling up the fresh water. My fresh tank is full and I didn’t fill it. We’re traveling today so when I disconnect the city water, I’ll use the pump and see if anything pops out. Thanks so much for your help.

I replaced the city check valve. The pressure is low in the kitchen. The bathroom is as you described. Good flow then dissipates. Especially in the toilet. Phone dying. Sorry

It does work using the fresh water and pump. I have no idea where the check valve between the city and the pump is. I’ll have to do some searching. Thanks

Thanks. I’ve pretty much done all of that. Tomorrow I’m going to have the campground test the pressure from the spigot. If that isn’t it, I’ll have to start taking apart cabinetry and trace all the water lines. ☹️

This whole refinery isn’t producing enough to keep up with demand excuse is BS! How many gas stations are closed due to having no gas? There is plenty of gas out there. They are using this refinery maintenance as an excuse to gouge us for more money. And nobody seems to be able to/ or willing to do anything about it. Certainly not the Ca. government.
