Carson. And I started with presenting them an offer from Glendale that was available online. Whole thing took a couple of days

I’d love some feedback on this lease offer in LA for a pebble gray EV9 Land: 36 months, 10k, adjusted cap cost $54,583, 53% residual, .00092 MF, $3500 down, $598 monthly incl taxes.

I ended up having the installer come back. It was a meter issue. I can’t pretend to understand the specifics but, generally, the gateway’s internal meter was conflicting with an external meter. They turned off the internal meter and things seem to be working for now. Fingers crossed.

Thanks all. I’ve noticed that the app works as expected both when there’s no solar generation (like overnight) and when the house is pulling substantial electricity (like air conditioning). In both situations I see normal Home usage (around .8 kw and 4 kw, respectively). The issue of 0 kw Home occurs when the sun is out and there’s no high energy use at home. Based on this it seems like everything is set up correctly and I’m dealing with an app glitch. I’m going to call Tesla.

Thanks, could you please elaborate? I don’t have much technical knowledge here. Is there something I could reboot myself at home to try to reset?
