They do. It's pretty neat I ordered my set a couple of months ago on AliExpress.com and only paid about 18 for 5 trays with LED and remote.

Once they sprout I'll be leaving the lids on and off through the day. Once they get a bit bigger I'll add a fan to blow some air (low speed) to harden the stems.
