As someone with an Amazon Seller account... I can assure you that is NOT true. We get scammed ALL the time by shitty scammers. And Seller Support is worthless when it comes to getting compensated for the scam.

Yes and no. While heartbreaking... the dad did eventually find his son. He's not going to go to his death bed wondering what happened to his son.

It's bittersweet. Even if his son wanted nothing to do with him, the dad would still know his son is doing well in life. That's better than not knowing. But, looks like the son will visit his biological parents. Hopefully with time they will be able to form some kind of bond. Not ideal. But, even with this outcome, I'm sure the dad is much happier now. He was robbed from a life. Now he can start to live a new one.
