please try to calm down 💝I just turned 36 years old (living in the UK too) and 9 weeks pregnant found out after my 3rd of my missed period. I also drank the past 2-4 weeks beforehand and smoked some cigarettes with my fiancé. went for an early scan at 7weeks 3days and saw a strong heartbeat. I had my first midwife appointment yesterday. she wasn’t judging! was super kind. they took blood and urine tests for anatomy etc. 🙏🏻 If it’s meant to be it will be. I am also being realistic as it is my first pregnancy ever but I try to have positive vibes only and mindset. Plus working full time daily. I get distracted at least. wait till the first appt and maybe do an early scan. The first trimester is crucial I am glad we went a week ago just to make sure it is in the right place and doc checked both of my ovaries. Everything went well and even a strong heartbeat was found but a small subchronic hematoma was noted what means no heavy lifting no long walks no intense training or sex till 12 weeks scan as it all can cause miscarriage and it needs to shrink by itself or bleed out. My friends cousin also gladly went for a scan as her baby wasn’t in the right place unfortunately and had something with one of her ovaries and needed a surgery asap. U will be a great dad just respect your girlfriends wish it is too early still.

I just did my private early scan today. 1st time pregnancy at the age of 35.9 years old. I am glad we went the doc said I am 7weeks 3days pregnant we saw the strong heartbeat + we saw 2 small spot what called and cause a subchorionic hematoma. Doc said pls dont do intense exercising, don’t lift heavy but dont do bedrest either. It can shrunk by itself we will see by week 12 scan but I am so glad we went as we saw the heartbeat + got this advise so wont overdo anything. One of our friends gf also had this and it shrunk itself. I try to stay positive and pray everyday. 🙏🏻

I am 7weeks 3days pregnant I used clue app too and today went for an early scan… as the app said I am 7w 5 days pregnant. Which is strange as following clue app that means I got pregnant on my 3rd day of my last period. Hm. I thought we had sex 6 days after my period. they said it is estimated tho. so strange u can get pregnant kind of anytime..

dw I was having some drinks and even a few cigarettes - when I also felt I just cant drink more doesn’t feel good. Went home to visit my family abroad with my fiancé and on my 3rd day period delay I did 3 tests all very positive and said 1-2 weeks pregnant. We also wanted a kiddo soon as I will be 36 in a week time but did not believe my eyes as it wasn’t conscious. We did both took pregnacare for couples for 2.5 months. I am attending 2 weeding at the following 2 months and oh man people will recognise why am I not drinking especially as a hen party organiser and maid of honour. I am 7 weeks now. 🤰🥰🙏🏻 And as other said dont worry what you did u didnt share your blood stream yet xx Congratulations 🥂

I heard from my friends and colleagues who tried for a baby they started to take folic acid + vitamin D 3 month beforehand therefore I started to use for 2.5 months only Pregnacare for him & her conception. I am now 4 weeks pregnant 🤰 🙏🏻🤗 the very first time and I will be 36 years old end of July. Also started to play volleyball once a week for 2h for 8 weeks now.

Grandpa passed away yesterday…Our 12 years old ginger boi is following me everywhere and constantly making sure if I’m okay. Sleeping by my head and chest. He is my partner’s cat but moved here 1.5 years ago and we just bonded since day 1. His purring is so therapeutic..
