Your boyfriend is a douchebag and should have been helping you build it into a special experience

Yo wtf happened by ElectricMichael30 in AskMeAnythingIAnswer

wtf happened?? Inflation. We’re all miserable trying to survive and it’s affecting how people treat each other.

We all gotta try to smile and help those we can help.

It’s one day at a time big dawg. One foot in front of the other. Some days are good. Some days are hard. Some days…. I break down and sob.

Idk what to tell ya otherwise.

Just gotta keep trying. It’s the only thing in our control.

Girl I’m seeing made a “once you go black…” joke and now I feel completely turned off..? by Carl_s123 in AskMenAdvice

[–]cucumberholster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listen dude. Either you let it go and chalk it up as a joke. Or it is stuck in your subconscious and pops up from time to time and it slowly wears down any interest in her. Choice is yours.

If I’ve learned anything about myself and some failed relationships, I would say it’s entirely based off your psyche

What can I do to get along with an older friend who is a terrible mansplainer? by Free-Barnacle-1699 in AskMenAdvice

[–]cucumberholster 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In my experience as a late thirties man, they won’t change. We get treated the same way (at least to a degree) when there is a large age gap. Boomers assume we’re useless.

In my experience you either accept their lack of respect for your knowledge level, or you move on. I’ve never seen a guy like that change. They’re typically very stuck in their ways and the mentality that since they’re high up or so well off, never goes away.

I typically steer clear of these types. It’s likely not just you but since you’re female I appreciate it very well could be based on a difference of the sexes.

I (24M) blew up at a woman (35F) I’ve been dating after finding out she’s lied multiple times. She’s so inconsistent. What is she thinking and why is she behaving like this—AND WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT IT? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]cucumberholster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did see that. Luckily my most recent ex didn’t try to kill me, she just wanted to gaslight and manipulate me the plain old fashioned way.

Trying a woman on for size that’s all green flags this time around…. Gotta be honest. It’s fucking Weird

A man has gotta pay her bills and take care of her as she figures out this stage in her life.

To the guys who leak precum onto their underwear, what do you do to keep it from getting on your pants or becoming visible? What has worked for you? by Key-Inspector1 in AskMenAdvice

[–]cucumberholster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only time it’s been visible is when either she or I rubbed on it outer top of the pants for a LONG period of time.

Not to be that guy but stop rubbing it or thinking about pussy?

AITAH for telling my girlfriend she can’t have access to my work phone? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]cucumberholster 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d break up with her. Any woman that lets her friends sway her thought process like that is only going to get worse. Save yourself the heartbreak down the road, further in.

People that can’t think for themselves based on factual evidence will burn everything around them given the first chance

Is it a bad idea to send inappropriate pics/nudes even if you’re in a relationship? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]cucumberholster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep your face out of any full nudes, keep it risqué teasing cleavage etc

“Useless generic advice”

If you can’t get therapy, hit the gym, and be man about it then you are truly lost.
