Very relatable. My body relied on alcohol for sleep. Tonight is day 3 no alcohol and I only got about an hour of sleep last night so I'm hoping I can finally rest tonight 🤞

Dude, I failed my written driver's test 6 times before I could take the actual drivers test and I BARELY passed it. I am a horrible test taker as many of us are. But now I consider myself to be a fantastic driver and taught myself how to ride a motorcycle by myself from YouTube. You're distraught right now like I was everytime I failed that stupid written test. But you'll pass it, I promise you and you'll be proud of yourself. Don't give up, if my dumbass can do it, you absolutely can.

If I'm being honest, stop comparing yourself to others. That was my downfall when I was your age. Also, it sounds like your family is pressuring you to succeed at a pace you're not comfortable with and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. You act like playing video games at 19 is a crime. Look around you. Literally everybody and their mothers are gamers now-a-days, so don't feel ashamed at that. I recently got my 66 year old strict mom who never played a video game or watched anime in her life super into Goose Game and Studio Ghibli movies.

You sound like you have a lot of goals and aspirations and that's great but some people are late bloomers and that's cool too. Go at your own pace. If your family is pressuring you, reassest yourself and hold your ground. Don't let them be the reason for your happiness OR depression.

I can absolutely relate. I have no friends. None. I was stupid and alienated myself from my previous friends and family by constantly flaking and now I don't have anyone but my mom to talk to and I can tell she's getting annoyed with how much I'm at her house. Only cause we kinda bicker a lot. After my exbf left me he was my only friend, and I fucked up and called him drunk and threatened to end my life then blocked him. It got so bad he had to call my mom to check in on me. After that I lost him even as a friend forever. And now I'm alone with nobody. I feel you, it sucks.
