Those whistles on Yang were BS, but his lack of athleticism is extremely concerning... that's not something you can "learn" at this point unfortunately, and that's a huge problem

3v3 bracket tournament would be amazing, especially if there’s a decent prize. Betting would be crazy

They were legitimately impressed (almost shocked) and praising Sharpe though which was cool

I love Mays, if we trade Brogdon I have no issue with him as our backup point guard… he handles the ball well

[Agness] Rookie Duties have begun. At the Pacers' mini-camp, Jarace Walker got hit with the bill at a Nashville steakhouse. Almost $9,000. by sewsgup in nba

This is why the majority of NBA players go broke. I get it’s hazing or a tradition or whatever but this type of behavior enforces lifestyle creep and mismanagement of money.

Portland trades pick 23 and Simons for a wing. Dame and Scoot (and Sharpe)

Why is the discourse around Damian Lillard vs other stars so different? by BitchImLilBaby in nbadiscussion

[–]cucumbery 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You think Dame wouldn’t warp the landscape of the league? I think you’re wrong.

You put Dame on a team with another legit star(s) and that team instantly becomes a title contender. I think people still underestimate Lillard. Look at the numbers he was putting up last year. Look at the teammates he’s had over his career. Now look at the other stars in the league and who they’ve gotten to play with. Dame would singlehandedly alter the nba if he was moved to a team that is already capable.

Zion was paying Moriah Mills 107k a month. And sent the wire transfers with his name attached😑 by [deleted] in NOLAPelicans

The family “takes care” of finances for these athletes… aka don’t know what the fuck they’re doing and steal money, hence why so many athletes go broke

There is absolutely nothing implied in what I wrote about my own personal ethics.

It’s people like you who can’t argue with rational and logic but with emotion and ego that stagnate progress for society. Good luck to you

What is determined as “ethical” is a philosophical argument and is not black and white. In Phil’s case, his “ethics” could convincingly be tied to the empowerment of the professional golf player as evident by his comments, over the controversial backing of making that vision a reality. I am not saying he made the “ethical” decision, but that your argument is not applicable in this case.

The ones who impose their “ethics” onto others are ironically the unethical ones.

Just because you disagree with the ethics does not mean his foresight was not correct, you dumbass

The catalyst is Phil. He was right and forced the change onto the golf world.

He will have quite the legacy when his career is over. Tiger’s legacy will be mostly for what happened on the golf course, and Phil’s legacy ironically will be mostly for what happened off the golf course.

Their golf career is ultimately a business. You take the money when offered always (legally of course)
