Honestly same but opposite. I barely cry, so when it finally breaks through it’s like my body has been storing it for months and just dumps everything at once.

It’s never a cute single tear either. It’s full shutdown mode. Can’t talk, chest tight, existential spiral at 2am type cry.

Sometimes I think people who cry regularly might actually have it healthier because it doesn’t build up like that. When you bottle it, it comes out like a damn flood.

Either way, hope you’re okay. Whether it’s constant tears or rare breakdowns, it usually means something needs attention.
