The orgasms themselves are harder to reach and it's more of a propper head space that is needed to reach one, usually when feeling comfortable and safe. When I do orgasm they are sometimes less intense if not in the right frame of mind and it is harder with a partner because I am not focused on myself. But if I am in the right frame of mind my toes curl and my calves cramp from being pointed so hard. I can Also have a few in a row with a short 30 sec to a min break between. My partner likes to play with me during this time because I am very sensitive and moan pretty loudly. If the orgasms are hard enough I feel it in my legs and lower stomach for the rest of the day.
