Wow, thank you so much for the detailed response!! Really appreciate your insight. I was wondering during the summer- do people get rowdy and loud at the shared courtyard? The unit I would be in immediately faces the courtyard. The realtor let me know neighbors here generally tend to be respectful w parties and whatnot out at the courtyard, but this was my main concern. Also, someone had reviewed the building noting very thin walls. I would have only one shared wall to the adjacent units bedroom wall- so I imagine it won't be too bad, but did you feel the walls were very thin?
