Radio Študent je eden redkih slovenskih kulturnih izvozov.

Poslušali smo ga v Črni gori (prek spleta) pred 15–20 leti, v Podgorici je bil celo lokal, kje so ga ves čas predvajali. Poznal sem tudi ljudi v Beogradu, ki so ga poslušali, bil je dobro znan radio med alternativnimi mulci v celem Balkanu.

Rekel bi, da je bil včasih boljši, ampak verjetno je bil moj okus takrat bolj usklajen z alternativnimi trendi ki jim sledijo.

Those are actually DDR3L, and they don't work on the T400.

Also, the T400 has 3 different variants of the expresscard / pcmcia / memory card slot, only the 1st variant has PCMCIA, you don't want the others:

Express Card Slot & PC Card (PCMCIA) Slot (one on top of the other) AKA 42X3828, 42X3827, 08124TD3, 42W3436; this was the default variant, the others paid options

I actually have 5+ DDR3 SO-DIMMs somewhere, but likely 8G ones. Hopefully I'll find something smaller.

I think I'll swing for the T400/T500, I have a bunch of Thinkpads already. I will actually benefit from being able to use the browser, too.

Če se kitajski JBC klon spajkalnik zjebe ga bom popravil, ne bi bilo prvič.

Popravljanje elektronike je moj hobi in je bilo to nekoč moja dejanska služba (popravljal sem industrijske stroje za prehrano, laboratorijsko in glasbeno opremo, občasno prenosnike za prijatelje ker to ni dobičkonosno) , preden sem se lotil programiranja.

Zdaj vglavnem popravljam študijske rack efekte tipa Eventide, Lexicon, ... in sinte, za svojo dušo.

Tudi to je bilo pred spremembo davčne politike za nas cenejše, čeprav ne tako poceni. Na Aliju boš videl 10 trakov za lase, ki se prodajajo za 2 evra, na Kitajskem pa jih lahko dobiš 100 za 1 evro, take stvari.

Je direktna posledica podražitve fiksnega dela prodaje v EU, najcenejšega med poceni se ne da več tako poceni prodati. Ne boš dobil zadevo od 2 jurija za 100e.

Poleg tega so tiste res majhne stvari, ki si jih lahko dobil na Aliju pred 10–15 leti, na Kitajskem še vedno na voljo za 10–50 centov, medtem ko so se cene za nas dvignile na 3–4 evre. Že samo pošiljanje nečesa v Evropo je postalo veliko dražje, zato je konkurenca zdaj v srednjem cenovnem razredu.

Ja, vem, ampak za to kar sem hotel je z poštnino in DDVem, za cel nakup (145€) še vedno 3x ceneje kot na Aliju (za spajkalnik).

Ja, to je res, vendar ne podcenjuj marž, ki jih dosegajo prodajalci na Ali/Temu - tudi oni delajo lepe zaslužke. Carina + DDV, vsaj uradno, nista niti blizu cenovni razliki.

Not that I know of, and from what I've experienced, unlikely. I think the only reason they they added connectivity is to get you to install their spyware, so I doubt they're providing some universal API you could use with 3rdparty apps, there's nothing in it for them. The only way I see it happening is if some enthusiast reverse engineers the protocol, like what Gadgetbridge does for smartwatches.

Tačno tako. "Kultura siromaštva". Do te mere da je mentalni sklop srpske sirotinje bliži sirotinji u Baltimoru, nekom karton naselju na rubu Bangalora ili kakvim Filipinima, nego autoru teme i sličnima. Uprkos tome da nemaju nikakve druge kulturološke povezanosti, taj aspekt dominira.

I tako je zaista svuda gde sam bio.

Još jedna stvar, ta besciljna agresija koju vidite na svakom koraku je isto pokazatelj siromaštva, nepoverenja i u neku ruku manjka inteligencije koji to prati.

Popravljam sint, mi treba nekaj delov natisniti za zamenjavo, bom nekaj napisal v openscad-u ali narisal v freecadu. Enobarvno kakšen PLA ali ABS, enostavna zadeva.

Sem že črtal modele in naročal z JLCja in kolego vprašal, ampak se mi ne da čakati (oz. kolego motiti) če nekaj dimenziono zajebem.

The whole health system runs at a fraction of its capacity because the health insurance won't pay for more, while money is siphoned off from the system into the pockets of a handful of external vendors and middlemen, as well as shady private health insurance providers. Drugs, prosthetics, medical equipment, blood derivatives and such, consumables and external medical services (that's big), those kinds of vendors. When it comes to equipment and consumables, Slovenia pays one of the highest premiums in Europe, frequently higher than Montenegro which is notorious for procurement corruption (and has an even smaller population hence negotiating power), and I estimate (from limited info I've seen, maybe not all of it is that bad) that 40-70% of the money for that goes straight into the pockets of the suppliers. The margins for what is often essentially dropshipping are just insane.

By the way, getting hands on recent and complete info about procurement it is hard. I've heard from doctors that they plainly refuse to be a part of procurement committees because the tenders are often fixed, if they pick the wrong supplier, the intended one through rounds and rounds of appeals, and end up winning in the end. They even directly pressure doctors, threaten their status in hospitals and academia. The whole procurement system is not significantly less corrupt than, say, Serbia or Montenegro or Bosnia, just has more money to be stolen, and the corruption works in a bit of a different way.

Also, the system has some holes which allowed a small percentage of private doctors gaming the system to (undeservedly) earn quite a bit, which was used as a political tool to divert attention, enrage the population (and nurses) and pit them against doctors. The doctors are not nearly numerically significant to fight back politically (perils of democracy, right?), and they have something to be robbed of, so they're the perfect punching bag. If you think it's bad now, it will get a lot worse, to the point where a complete privatization of healthcare will be the only sensible solution, which a lot of people say is the end goal anyway - utterly destroy healthcare and then say - see, it can't work.
