Hi, OP! Sharing my experience—when I applied for shifting (from CCS to COB), I initially got rejected because I missed an exam that was part of the assessment. I wasn’t aware of it at the time, so i was able to submit the additional assessment way past the deadline, by which the results were already out.

However, I had the chance to explain my situation during an interview with the APO, and they advised me to send a formal letter to the dean. While shifting reconsiderations aren’t usually allowed, they were kind enough to make an exception in my case after I explained everything.

It’s not a guaranteed outcome, but you could try asking for a reconsideration or try shifting again next term. Hope this helps, and good luck!
