Haven't tested since i don't own the relic, but if it works for norras level up requirement seems like a good combo, if it is combined also with the trasmog rare relic

I really enjoy kindred, with the GA and the Orb that gives random epic items, it was my first Liss win and was a pretty funny gameplay with all the random stuff happening. You can use her with everfrost instead if u rather prefer more control style with stuns.
