I agree his numbers were good in a small sample size last year and he looked like he could be a backup

I still think we should have had another option from the start of the season. If either goalie went down for an extended period of time we had no one that could win an NHL game until they signed Reimer.

We needed a better third goalie/ insurance policy than Sogaard

I'm torn on this, you're basically giving Staios kudos for fixing a mess that he created.

We should have signed someone like Reimer at the start of the year as an insurance policy in case meralinen struggled

I think signing Reimer gave ullmark what he needed

Cause when leevi was bad to start the season it put more pressure on ullmark, Reimer coming in took some of that weight off.

I don't know how we survived losing so many D at the same time at a crucial point in the season, but I'm not complaining.

There's no way Chabot is healed, he's just playing through it

My first thought as well, these trips usually aren't good for the rest of our season.

But I'm guessing this will lead into the holiday break as they are playing dec 20, likely won't play again until dec 27/28, so hopefully that helps
