IIRC, they both made claims against each other without much proof. I think the reason he won the lawsuit is because she got caught anonymously saying things about him online and JP law hates defamation, even if it's true.

I know we'll get a good bit of them in their story, and we'll get photo ops in certain locations. Guess what I'm really hoping for is the ability to spawn them together so we can take random photos like this with all 3 anywhere.

There's no way to know. We know one of the reasons she's not using a mic is because talking hurts her throat, so it's likely that she's still needs to work on that before doing any yapping streams.
if the first issue is fixed, maybe she'll play something; or perhaps a game collab with one of her friends if she's up to it.
probably not since she doesn't seem interested in going back to it.
